Description
As the Project Manager,
Charron is currently within the design phase of the restoration and
modernization of the District of Columbia Courts centralized Data Center. The
building, originally built in 1940, is currently unoccupied, and will undergo
major renovations including significant HVAC, envelope modifications, and
complete interior habilitation with the end goal to achieve a LEED® Gold
rating. Upon completion, the facility will accommodate the Courts’ IT Center
and will be home to the Multi-door Dispute Resolution Division.
